Aseptic Brick-shape Carton Fillers
This WB series aseptic filling packaging machine uses a aseptic technology and takes PE/paper/PE/Al-foil/PE/PE as the packaging material for filling milk, sour milk, soy milk, fruit juice, ect. beverages. The central-seam packaging and electromagnetism induction (hegh frequency) sealing technology make the sealing more reliable.
This unit includes paper feed system, paper deviation rectifying system, paper sterilizing system, traction bagging sealing system, charge control system, aseptic hot air system, pipeline system, reshaping system, angle-stick system, electric control system and finished goods conveying belt, plus auxiliary system for CIP cleaning and H2O2 circulation system.
Main flow process: Paper-roll unfolded by pre-traction mechanism; production date print; seal pre-adhibiting; H2O2 soaking and disinfection; H2O2 scraped; aseptic hot air drying; strong ultraviolet irradiation sterilizing; paper forming, then entering into sealing and filling area; vertical edge sealing and filling; then electromagnetism induction (highfrequency) sealing and reshaping with horizontal sealing mechanism; finally is cut and sent to the angle-stick machine for automatic heating and gluing the four angle-ear.
The aseptic room is full of aseptic hot air and maintains a certain positive pressure against the intrusion of external impurities. The forming, bagging, filling and sealing of the packaging bag are finished in the aseptic room to ensure a true aseptic packaging.

Features
- PLC control, step-moving electrical machine draughting, touch-screen man-machine interface, whole process monitoring, and easy operation.
- All the cycles (presterilization, sterilization, drying, checking, controling, cleaning) are fully computerized. All parameters are clearly indicated on a LED display.
- The quantity of liquid, packed during each cycle, is regulated by the opened space of the filling valve, and is adjustable in a few minutes by means of the automatic control key-board, by which the volume can be modified as required.
- Triple sterilization protection on packaging paper: H2O2 soaking, ultraviolet irradiation high-effect sterilizatiion and aseptic air filling. Three grades filtration for aseptic air, precision degree 0.1m.
- All parts coming in contact with the liquid, including storage tank, pipe and filling valve are dealed with surface polished.
- Filling cabinet is made with stainless steel SUS 304 with thickness 1.2mm, and all parts contacted with packaging material are made with stainless steel 304.
- Main components, such as: PLC, PLC touch screen, photoelectric switch, contact switch, valves, pneumatic component, aseptic air filter, ect. as well as stainless steel are all to adopt the imported brand name products.
- The machine is designed for continuously working. During 8 working hours, the machine need to stop for adjustment not more than 4 times, and each time not more than 20 minutes (not including the time for CIP cleaning, changing paper).
- Shelf life of product at normal temperature is not less than 6 month, if the packed liquid is bacteria-treated by UHT and stored in aseptic tank.
- The safety and outward design of machine are to meet to Chinese standards GB/T19063-2003.
