Brief Introdction:

This 3 gallon 5 gallon bottle rack stacker will load up to 600 3 gallon to 5gallon (11.4-18.9 L) bottles per hour. It loads a 40-bottle rack in about 4 minutes. The system can be set up to convey bottles from the production line directly to the Rack Stacker for quick loading.
While the Rack Stacker has been designed especially to integrate with a complete production line, such as 3 gallon to 5 gallon bottling systems, also easily compatible with other addtional assistant machineries.
The Steplead Rack Stacker is compatible with most rack styles, and its four-bottle loading deck can be adjusted to fit most rack sizes and configurations.
